My packages start at £259 and run to £1,499, depending on how many pages you need and how much custom functionality sits behind them. For context, freelance rates commonly land around £1,200 to £3,000, and agencies typically start higher again. Every quote is fixed before work begins, so the number in the proposal is the number you pay.
It genuinely depends on scope. A small site is usually two to three weeks; a larger one with custom functionality runs to three to six. You get a fixed date in the proposal before any work starts, and regular updates if anything about it changes.
Once I'm done, you own everything: the code, the repository, the lot. I keep a copy of the repository for my own reference, but nothing is licensed back to me and nothing needs my permission.
Yes. Every site I build is documented and handed over with a walkthrough, so you can change copy and content yourself. If you would rather not, just ask me.
Every site I build ships with technical SEO done properly: clean markup, fast load times, correct titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and no crawl errors. That gives search engines everything they need to index and understand your website. What nobody can honestly promise is a position, so I can't guarantee your website will be at the top of the search results. No one can. Rankings depend on your competition, your content and how established your domain is, none of which are mine to guarantee. What I can promise is that the technical side will not be the thing holding you back.
30 days of free fixes on every project. Anything broken or misunderstood gets sorted at no cost. After that a care plan is optional, though it is the sensible choice if you would rather not think about updates and backups yourself.
No. I work independently, as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

No. Hosting is arranged as part of the build, and exactly how it is billed going forward is agreed with you before launch.
If you already own one, I use it. If not, buying one is a small extra step I can walk you through, and it is registered in your name, not mine.
Yes. A redesign follows the same fixed-scope, fixed-price process as a new build. The care packages can also be applied to existing websites.
Yes. However, I consider commerce websites to be part of at least the Business Ultra plan. Enquire for details.
Yes. Booking systems, customer portals and database-driven features are covered by the Business Advanced and Business Ultra packages.
